Tickets and notices contain personal data. We collect the minimum needed to assess and prepare your case.
What we store
Your uploaded notice, case facts, generated appeal and payment status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not TicketCheck UK.
Retention and deletion
Uploaded documents are scheduled for deletion after 30 days by default, unless reasonably needed to deliver a purchased service or meet a legal obligation. You can request deletion through your secure case access.
No model training
We do not use uploaded customer notices for public model training datasets.
